At MAUSICA Coffee & Supply Co., we believe great coffee is more than a product β itβs part of a daily ritual. We take pride in every order we send and want you to have a smooth experience from checkout to first sip.
Because coffee is a fresh consumable product, our return and refund policies are designed to protect product quality while remaining fair and transparent for our customers.
Coffee & Consumable Products
Due to the perishable nature of coffee and consumable goods, we do not accept physical returns of coffee products under any circumstances. Please do not send coffee products back to us.
If your order arrives:
- damaged,
- incorrect,
- defective,
- or with a fulfillment issue,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mausica.co with:
- your order number,
- a brief description of the issue,
- and photos if applicable.
Approved resolutions may include:
- replacement products,
- store credit,
- or a refund to the original payment method, depending on the situation.
Merchandise & Non-Consumable Items
Unused merchandise items such as apparel, mugs, or accessories may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- items must be unused,
- in original condition,
- and returned in original packaging whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our direct control. While we cannot guarantee carrier performance, we will always do our best to assist with resolving shipping-related issues whenever possible.
If your package is:
- lost,
- marked delivered but missing,
- delayed,
- or arrives damaged,
please contact us at support@mausica.co with your order number and any relevant details.
In certain situations involving carrier-related delivery issues, replacement orders, store credit, or partial reimbursements may be offered at our discretion.
MAUSICA Coffee & Supply Co. is not responsible for delays or issues caused by:
- incorrect shipping information entered at checkout,
- carrier service disruptions,
- weather events,
- customs delays,
- or circumstances outside of our control.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders may be modified or canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to additional shipping limitations, customs processing, duties, taxes, or carrier restrictions outside of our control.
MAUSICA Coffee & Supply Co. cannot guarantee delivery timelines or carrier outcomes for international shipments.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5β10 business days back to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Policy Abuse & Fraud Prevention
MAUSICA Coffee & Supply Co. reserves the right to deny refunds, replacements, or credits in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, fraudulent claims, or excessive refund requests.
